·        How do we narrow down our menu selections?

We host tastings for clients to experience a multitude of our dishes.

·        Can we have modified meals due to restrictions or allergies?

We strive to please all guests and have no issue preparing customized meals for guests.

·       How do we secure the date of our event?

We work on a first come first serve bases.

We hold your event tentatively on our calendar and work towards a deposit to secure the date.

·        Does The Tamale Spaceship serve strictly out of the truck?

We are also able to set up a buffet and or cocktail style service.

·        Can you rent dishware, linens & flatware?

Yes, dishware linens & flatware are available for rent.

·        Do you provide pastries for events?

We only have sweets in terms of churros, choco-flan and chocolate tamales.

·        How do you receive payment?

We use Square services to process payment with a 3% credit card processing fee. We also accept Check, Quickpay, & Zelle.

·        How long can I rent the truck for?

The truck rental/staffing fee service includes two staff members on site for two hours, any additional hour is charged at a set rate.

·       What if we want to bring our own alcoholic beverages?

We can provide a liquor licensed bartender for your party as most venues require at least one licensed person on-site.

·       Do you sell food directly from the food truck?

We occasionally vend at bars, breweries, The Royal Palms, as well as on the street.
